Wi-fi will be a lot easier to use by 2010
by Gareth Mankoo Very soon, we will be able to setup a Wi-fi network at home without too much to sacrifice. This can be possible by the year 2010 when the Wi-fi alliance will introduce a more awesome means of communicating wirelessly over the Internet. The alliance is made up of biggies like CISCO, Apple and Intel who will work in co-ordination with 300 manufacturers of Wi-fi devices. We can surely expect a huge shake-up of the consumer market, owing to this move. It may stamp on the production and use of routers or simply fuse multiple technologies into one oddball network that’s never been seen before.
