Waluigi doll converted into alarm system does more good than bad

by Gavril Mankoo

If you’ve spent hours with the legendary Super Mario game, we’re pretty sure you’re familiar with mischief maker Waluigi. Developer Tiburcio put his Waluigi doll to better use, instead of just having the character sit around and do, well, nothing. Hooked up to a Arduino-controlled device, Tiburcio’s doll now blinks its eyes, rings bells, and smokes its ears out every time someone makes a purchase at the developer’s company store. An interesting way to keep him alerted, this Waluigi doll seems to be out to do good, unlike its video-game character.
