The sound of Homer Simpson, now on TomTom

If the dreary, dull and stiff voice of your GPS lady drives you nuts, this should bring fun. TomTom GPS app for the iPhone has integrated the ‘one and only’ Homer Simpson quotes to crack you up the next time you get lost. But with Homer as a co-pilot, drivers will now laugh at the “Make a U-turn. Ha ha, you’ve goofed. D’oh!”

TomTom’s Homer-isms can be downloaded for $5.99, while the Homer Simpson voice requires version 1.7 of the TomTom App (available for $49.99) installed. The app is available in the US, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Africa and Sweden. Yes, Springfield too… D’oh!
