The Invisible bicycle – Transparent, yet eye-catching!
The conventional isn’t always cool. When you decide to grab eye-balls, make sure you come up with something as whacky and completely out-of-the-box, like this contraption we came across. While its designer, artist Jimmy Kuehnle, chooses to call it a bicycle, we find it more of a glass box on wheels! This seriously eye-catching transportation innovation is pedal-powered and functions just like a traditional bicycle, complete with a hand, a pair of wheels and pedals.
Called the Invisible bicycle, the concept is constructed from Lexan panels, a polycarbonate sheet and resin that’s durable and won’t shatter every time Jimmy decides to hit the road on his bicycle, literally. And yes, if you look closely, the artist has also worn transparent riding gear, which seriously doesn’t work as an invisible cloak.
