Swipe you card on your computer with SmartSwipe
by Gareth Mankoo
I was really looking forward to something like this. A card swiper that connects to your computer via USB, it saves you the trouble of entering all those lengthy details and making it appear as if you are at the store. Once you swipe your card, the device, called SmartSwipe encrypts your card data and shields you from possible threats. There’s surely bound to be something coming at attackers when there’s such an open invitation to steal, an additional level of security is nothing but necessary.
SmartSwipe costs about $90. It is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7. PS: You do not want your wife to discover this.
