Stealth launches NW-2000 notebook PC

A new addition to the Warrior Series has been added by Stealth. It is the NW-2000 which is rugged and we know it is definitely for outdoor use. It meets the MIL-810F for resistance to submersion in water, shock, sun and other hazards. The chassis is magnesium alloy and all the input and output windows are protected. The 13.3 inch sunlight legible screen comes with a resolution of 1280×800. The screen also has a built in touchscreen sensor that can read finger or stylus inputs. Processing power is taken care of by the 1.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ultra low voltage chip. There is also an 86-key backlit keyboard to enable you to work in the night where is there is low lightings. The hard disk is shock mounted and has a capacity of 160 GB. Some of the other notable features are fingerprint scanner, TPM module for secure access, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 and also an optional HSDPA module.


The notebook weighs 9.04 lbs and has a GPS sensor, DVD burner and also a PC card slot. The 7,800mAh battery will give you an approximate six hours of runtime. The Stealth NW-2000 is now available and prices start from $4895.
