Sony VAIO 007 Edition/DSC-T50B Cybershot
Sony brings forth the latest 007 VAIO TX that’s slimmer and sleeker than its predecessors. Only an inch thick and weighing 2.8 pounds, it is awfully compact and portable. The reason the 007 VAIO is called so is because Mr. Bond himself can get a lot of his ‘chores’ done using its remarkable features as the specs are quite impressive. A 1.2GHz Intel U1400 Dual Core processor coupled with 1GB DDR2 RAM can make this baby gallop pretty quick. As far as storage is concerned the 007 has a modest 80GB 4200 rpm hard disk.
The display and graphics are noteworthy too. It comes with WXGA XBRITE display and an Intel’s GMA950 integrated graphics set. As far as connectivity is concerned we can find an Ethernet adapter, 56k modem, a pair of USB 2.0 ports, 4-pin FireWire, MS / MSPro reader, PCMCIA, and the wireless tools (read: WiFi / Bluetooth). All this along with a Cyber-shot® 7.2 Megapixel Digital Camera makes it a mouth watering deal. And being priced at $4,299.99 it’s pretty affordable for Bond and his innumerable impersonators. Well, pretty justified, isn’t it?
