Sony T99, WX5 and TX9 Cybershots with BIONZ processors

Sony has extended their Cybershot line with three new cameras. The T99 is an underwater camera that is capable of shooting a sweep panorama shots as well as 720p HD videos at 30fps. Following up is the TX9 that is a full HD 1080i and Sweep Multi Angle for 3D style imaging. It also has the ‘background defocus’ feature that gives it the DSLR like effect for sharper foreground images with backgrounds that appear blurry. WX5 bring about the rear of this series without the water-resistance but with 5x optical zoom and a Sony G lens.

A report states that the WX5 will come in at $400, the TX9 will cost $512 and the T99 will cost you $330.
