Sony Ericsson Ray is here with an 8.1mp camera, Gingerbread

The June announcement of the Sony Ericsson Ray seems to have materialized as physical versions have started shipping. And I must say that these are quite good. The Sony Ericsson Ray seems to have developed into something quite what was expected. The specifications read as: Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 8.1-megapixel camera with Sony Exmor R CMOS sensor, a front-facing VGA camera, scratch-resistant 3.3-inch WVGA display with mobile BRAVIA, Wi-Fi, aGPS, Bluetooth, FM radio, 300MB internal storage, microSD expansion slot, and more.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray will come in gold, black, white and pink colors. $425.
