Sony Ericsson AB900 – The new wireless car speakerphone system

The new car speakerphone system from Sony Ericsson, the AB900, can stream your favorite song from your mobile phone broadcasting them loud and clear on your car speaker system. The RDS feature will search for the right frequency saving you the trouble of doing it by yourself to stream your favorite songs. It offers complete convenience in terms of call-handling display, easy access to your five favorite numbers and voicemail by just the press of a button. It has around 26 hours of talktime and a staggering 40 days standby time. It is easy to switch it between cars. It is hassle free when it comes to installation. Just strap it around your sun visor. Your car is not the only place where you can use it. It can be used in the office for conference calls as well as at home for hands-free chatting.

The Sony Ericsson AB900 kit comes with 2 panels in black and silver mesh and has a visor strap. Its size is 120 x 69 x 16 mm and weighs only 117 grams. Noise reduction and Echo reduction are its other features and the range of its Bluetooth is 10 meters. It is also compatible with Bluetooth enabled Sony Ericsson mobiles and also cellphones from other brands. Cost and availability is still unknown.
