by Sayan Chakravarty

Thomas Hawk, famous professional photographer, along with his buddies Trey Ratcliff and Robert Scoble, has teamed up with Google+ to organize the biggest Photowalk in the history. The event is scheduled for next Tuesday, May 14th, in San Francisco. There’s more to it, there will be an after party and a lucky participant will go home with an all new Google Glass. More than 700 people have already registered for the event. Not only the event is free, there is no bar on the equipment or the skill level, you don’t necessarily need to own a pricy DSLR, even a smartphone cam will do. Details regarding the exact meeting location and route haven’t been released yet, but the walk will start at 5:30pm local time. So if you love photography and you’re near SF bay area on the 14th, get yourself registered, who knows you might end up wining the Google Glass.
