Samsung Galaxy S III will have Quad core CPU and HD display
by Dhiram ShahWhile the Samsung board enjoys the dividends coming for the Galaxy S II, its researchers are already busy working on its next version, the Galaxy S III. A member of the infamous 4Chan group says that the phone will make its debut at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona early next year. If the rumored specs are to be believed then we surely are looking at another masterpiece from Samsung. The Galaxy S3 will be running on quad core processor at 2 GHz, 1.5GB of RAM and 32GB of storage which can be further expanded via micro SD card slot all of this enclosed in a shiny 9mm metallic case. It will have a 4.65 inch third generation super AMOLED screen supporting 1280 x 1024 pixels, which is out of the standards so we are guessing it will be 1280 × 800. Other than this it will have a 10 Megapixel camera supporting video recording at 60 fps (1080p), GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi along with the usual connectivity options all powered by a 2250 mAh Lithium Ion battery.

Coming to the software the Galaxy S II will be running the latest version of the Android OS, most probably Ice Cream Sandwich along with the fifth generation of touch wiz. The information leaked by the 4Chan member maybe wrong but at least you have an idea whats in store in the months to come before you line up for an iPhone 5.
