Samsung brings its 30 nm 32GB RAM to the supply chain, for everyone
by Gareth MankooSamsung have been riding on the glory of their 32GB RAM rendition, in 30 nm form. This model is based on the 4GB DDR3 RAM formats. Advanced servers and cloud computing solutions can make the most of these high performing main memory devices. There’s a boost of about 50 percent when these devices impact productivity. The total data transfer rate is as high as 1866 Mbps. That’s quick enough to carry out operations on a versatile platform like the Internet, talking cloud. Another major advantage of these drives is that it reduces power consumption by an impressive 18%.
Samsung have finally announced that they are mass producing the 30 nm version of the DDR3 RAMs while they also promise that they will be shipping the 20 nm versions.
