Samsung Galaxy S5 could arrive in two versions, one with WQHD

Samsung could be cooking something delicious on the display front. It could be served fresh on the all new Galaxy S5 that’s been a hot promise for a while now. Word has it that the Korean giants could be dishing out the smartphone with a WQHD rendition that would offer users a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels! That’s about 560ppi! And that too in a Premium rendition of the Galaxy S5. Both displays will be 5.1-inch screens. Unlike the Premium version, the regular version will support 1080p resolutions. The hiccup is that Samsung Display is facing notable problems with the picture quality on the WQHD AMOLED display. There’s also a question of bulk that needs to be addressed in this concern.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is due in March with an inevitable Full HD display. It is likely that there may be two models in the coming. It seems to be the best way to deal with the lack of availability of QHD displays.
