Samsung Galaxy S4 Blue Arctic is exclusive to Japan

Japanese telecom operator NTTDoCoMo will be the exclusive carrier for the Blue Artic Galaxy S4. Scheduled to go on sale on June 16th it will pack the same features and specifications except for the color change.
