Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 arrives with faux leather design from Galaxy Note 3
The sequel to the Galaxy Grand series is pretty much what we were hoping to set our hands on and voila, it lives up to its name. For us, we look at the Grand series as one that can be accommodated in most budgets but offers all the grandeur of the big models (namely the Note and the S-series). The Galaxy Grand 2 for starts offers improved hardware, software and the similar faux leather design found on the Galaxy Note 3. It comes with a 5.25-inch HD display (1280×720 pixels resolution), runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU, with 1.5GB of RAM, runs on Android 4.3 and offers S Translator, Story Album, S Travel, Sound & Shot, Group Play, Samsung Hub and Samsung Link. Head after the jump for more technical specifications.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 also features HSPA+ and dual-SIM support, a cool 8-megapixel camera with autofocus, a front-facing 1.9-megapixel shooter on the front, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS, 8GB storage that is expandable to 64GB (microSD card slot) and 2600mAh a battery. It will be available in white, black and pink colour options.
