Samsung’s really reaching to bring back the Flip phone aka clamshell design with a vengeance. Just about a week after announcing the W789 Hennessy for the Chinese market, the company has decided to launch yet another dual-screen, flip phone for their local segment called the Galaxy Golden (SHV-E400). This device will be a much higher end model compared to the Hennessy and will retail as a premium Android smartphone.

The champagne gold E400 smartphone will feature two 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreens with WVGA resolutions. It will come equipped with an 8MP primary camera and a 1.9 MP front facing camera for voice calls. Powering the LTE supported Gold is a 1.7GHz dual-core processor for running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Among its features are an FM radio, business card reader and a host of Samsung’s new TouchWiz UI add ons like S Health, Easy Mode setting etc. It will also come with a 1820mAh battery. It’s priced at about $715 (for 799,700 won).
