Samsung and Apple battle it out with new commercials at the Oscarsby dhiram
At $1.6 million for a 30 second ad spot the Oscars come second only to the Superbowl when it comes to a high value advertising platform. And with such big money at play the advertisers leave no stone unturned to get the best bang for their buck. Apart from the Hollywood A-listers it was bitter rivals Samsung and Apple battling it out with their latest commercials. Apple’s ad (embedded below) focused on the iPad and the apps Hollywood uses on its tablet.
Samsung’s commercials revolves around storytelling and celebrity power while subtly mentioning about the Galaxy line.
