RIM’s PlayBook gets in-car avatar, impresses
by Gareth MankooThere have been done to death renditions of the iPad’s in car version. Now it’s time for RIM’s PlayBook to make itself comfortable on all those snazzy dashboards. Called the QNX Car, the system pavks in some exciting features including multiple device operability. Like an iPhone and Apple’s mojo, the QNX can drive data from multiple sources, toward itself. This feature is being adorned by quite a few prospective buyers. it will make use of Message Access Protocol Bluetooth to pull BlackBerry data as well as Terminal Mode to replicate other UIs.
