PowerSkin unveils silicone battery case for the iPhone 5

PowerSkin has been known to regularly dish out shock-absorbing, battery-boosting cases for smartphones and gaming accessories. Lately, the company unveiled its second Apple-certified external charging solution, this time for Apple’s flagship, the iPhone 5. The only one-piece silicone battery case for the Apple iPhone 5, this latest release by PowerSkin has hit store shelves already.


The case sports 1500 mAh of power capacity. Capable of extending talk time by nearly 6.5 hours and music time up to 32 hours, the PowerSkin case includes an on/off button on its back and LED battery lights that display the amount of charge left. The case is available for $79.99 a pop.
