Pioneer announce noise-cancelling SE-NC31C-K earphones

by Gareth Mankoo

Pioneer have developed some interesting dope for audiophiles who hate hearing more than what they should be hearing from their phones. Thanks to the noise-cancelling efficiency of the Pioneer SE-NC31C-K, about 90% of the unwanted noise that plagues your music experience is filtered away. Thus you get more music than external sounds to listen to. It cancels out low frequency ambient noise and pumps in some brilliant music through large 14.2mm drivers and various connection drivers. The microphones present in each ear work well enough to drown out unwanted sounds completely.

A single AAA battery can power the headphones for 120 hours. To save battery power you can turn the feature off at will. It will cost you a reasonable $100.
