Philips unveils GoGear Connect 3, using Android 2.3 Gingerbread

With the latest addition to the GoGear line-up, Philips recently unveiled the GoGear Connect 3 packing Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The media player sports a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen and Wi-Fi connectivity and supports third-party apps too, true to its Android insides. Also, the player supports 720p HD video clips and also uses a bunch of pre-installed codecs, enabling it to work just fine with most video formats. Philips have also added a music-discovery app to the GoGear Connect 3, making it a great way to stay entertained on the go.
