Philips Homerun a robotic vacuum cleaner
by Dhiram Shah
Philips has decided to make a late entry in the already over-saturated robotic cleaning market. Called the Homerun it looks a bit similar to the Samsung Navibot, this one packs in an integrated camera, 14 infrared sensors, USB port and comes with scalable software which allows you to create mappable grids for effective cleaning. On a 3 hour charge it offers 100 minutes of cleaning, The Philips Homerun goes on sale later in September and will be priced at 700 Euros ($ 885) in the European market.
