Panasonic’s titanium electric bikes display calories burned and distance traveled
by bharatWe yesterday saw Cervélo’s P5 bike, the most aerodynamic Triathlon bicycle ever created, and today from the house of Panasonic Cycle Technology comes the electric bikes made from titanium. Available in two models the BE-ENDL632 and ENDX632 with 8Ah and 12Ah batteries respectively, the bicycles have main body frame made in lightweight titanium which gives the bikes a light body, more strength and flexibility. The Panasonic bikes come with a nameplate that can be engraved with the name of the rider, which is displayed in front to the bikes.
The bikes measuring 1,766 × 585mm with 26 inches tires have display to show calories burned, maximum speed, average speed and distance traveled in a particular ride. Available with rapid charger the 455,000 Yen (approx. $5,600) 8Ah battery bikes can be fully charged in 3 hours while it takes 4 hours to charge the other 461,000 Yen (approx. $5,800) 12Ah battery bikes.
