Nokia Oro: The Gold-plated, Leather-lined, Premium Symbian Anna Phone

Nokia unveiled their new premium handset, the Nokia Oro. This Limited Edition device sports an 18 carat gold plating on the frame around the front panel, premium Scottish leather for the back panel and a real sapphire crystal, which is five times tougher than glass for the home button. The device also features a 3.5-inch AMOLED toughened glass display, which is scratch resistant and comes with a 18-carat gold edition, award winning and unique Nokia J Bluetooth headset.
Under the hood the Oro features a 8MP camera with dual flash and HD video, active noise cancellation for clear voice calls, WLAN, Bluetooth, HSDPA, micro-USB connectivity and GPS navigation. The smartphone also sports the latest Symbian Anna operating system and can handle a total of 40GB (8GB in-built+32GB external) memory. For those interested in spending a small fortune, the Oro will be first available in Europe, China and Middle East and will cost in excess of €800.
