Next Xbox codenamed Mule will run on Windows 9

by Dhiram Shah

MSNerd has some fresh dope on the Xbox 360’s successor. Codenamed ‘Mule’ the console will have a single main processor and will be assisted by additional cores for “graphics, AI, physics, sound, networking, encryption and sensors”. It will be smaller and cheaper than the Xbox 360 and will supposedly run on a modified version of Windows 9. The console will be designed by Microsoft and “two partners based on the ARM architecture”. If at all this is true then we would be seeing Windows 9 in the coming year or three as well when the console will be released.
