New WD drives come with E-Ink displays
by Gareth Mankoo
Here’s a whole new line of cool ‘My Passport Studio’ drives from Western Digital that come along with a E-Ink display. These are inspired by the Amazon Kindle and can be completely customized. These display screens keep the data on display even when the power supply is cut off. The drives, as expected, are quite expensive though. The 320 GB one costs $150 while the 640 GB model costs $200.
