New McLaren MP4-12C supercar is super-sleek, super-fast and just plain super

Woking, England, the home of automotive geniuses McLaren, was recently (and I mean very recently) was the place to be as the company showed off their sexy new sports special the MP4-12C. This car is not just built to have your socks roll up and down at the mere sight of it, but it’ll literally knock your socks off with when it takes off. Thanks to the mid-mounted 3.8-liter V8 engine that can produce 600 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque with an 8,000-rpm redline, this supercharged rear-wheel-drive supercar is going to be one fast SOB. The McLaren MP4-12C is also the first of an entire range of new McLaren sports cars. Just the sight of this super sleek, super car brings a tear to my eye and I haven’t even seen the price tag (to be announced later) yet.
