MSI Z68A-GD80 adds PCI Express Gen 3, first of its kind

MSI have announced their brand new mainboard to be coming this way. It’s called the Z68A-GD80 G3 for the simple reason that it is among the first mainboards to add the PCI Express Gen 3 magic. Speed is one of the major attributes of these exciting card slots, with a 200% boost over the previous model. They fair well with the PCIe SSDs in the market. Another important feature that sets this mainboard apart is the fact that it uses high-end MIL-810STD Certified Military Class II components and MSI OC Genie II technology onboard with a push button overclocking function.

Other features include a new BIOS setup called Click BIOS II and support for Nvidia SLI and CrossFireX
