Motorola introduces dual-core MOTO MT870 for China
Motorola haven’t been on our front page for a while and that’s probably because they are concentrating their forces elsewhere – China. The MOTO MT970 may not be headed here but it doesn’t mean that we aren’t entitled to covet our eastern neighbor’s goods. It’s the first dual-core TD-SCDMA 3G phone to be coming in from the house of Motorola. It will include Android 2.3 Gingerbread as the operating platform, a 4-inch qHD display screen, SHOP4APPS application store for China Mobile and Motorola users, 8GB internal memory, external memory expandable to 32GB via a microSD card slot, 1080p video grabs, aGPS and 3D Map 1 support, Email and multimedia support as well.
The MOTO MT870 will be available for RMB 4,680, that’s about $724. It’s a good deal but we don’t know yet if this monster of a device is headed here.
