Motorola Franklin RAZR smartphone

Rumours are there that Motorola is planning to release a new RAZR thin communicator running on Windows Mobile 5.0. The new device is code named Motorola Franklin, the name will probably change on release. The form factor of the Motorola Franklin is the same as some devices from HP and BlackBerry. The Franklin will be Quad Band GSM, 112 × 64 × 12 mm, weigh 115 grams, TFT QVGA display – 320 × 240 pixels, 65K colors, 1.3 MP Camera, 128 MB Flash, 64 MB ROM and a Mini SD Card Slot.
