Microsoft and Samsung tie up for SUR40 with Surface 2.0 experience
The age for tablets has come and slipped by but we’re still thirsty for something from the world of surfaces. Microsoft and Samsung have rolled out the SUR40 gaming surface with Microsoft Surface. This third party implementation is labeled as the Surface 2.0 experience. The table seems to something that may just strike a chord with table and smart surface enthusiasts. What’s on offer is a 40-inch display, 1080p support, a 2.9GHz AMD Athlon II X2 processor and Radeon HD 6700M. Something new on this ‘table’ is that it can be wall-mounted.
Another new addition on Surface 2.0 is the Windows Phone 7 support. All the goodness of PixelSense is packed into this one. $7,600.
