Lenovo unveils two new Android 4.0 tablets, the IdeaTab A2109 and A2107
by Gavril MankooThe IFA 2012 has seen a host of promising devices being unveiled, including Lenovo’s latest releases, the IdeaTab A2109 and A2107 Android 4.0 tablets. While the former packs a 9-inch LED touch screen with a 1,280×800-pixel resolution and an Nvidia Tegra 3 1.2GHz quad-core processor, the IdeaTab A2107 sports a 7-inch display with a 1,024×600-pixel resolution and a Cortex A9 1.0GHz CPU. Also, the IdeaTab A2107 comes with dual SIM slots and is 3G enabled, unlike the WiFi-only A2109 that in turn comes with a Micro-HDMI port, Bluetooth 3.0 capabilities and 8GB internal storage. Also, the A2109 runs a good 8 hours on a full charge, outperformed by the A2107 with a 10 hour battery life. Also, Lenovo hasn’t announced a shipping date yet and more details are expected to pour in sooner or later.
