Lenovo ThinkPad X131e to start from $499, can take a hit

Lenovo has brought the freshly baked Lenovo ThinkPad X131e to the public eye. This finely crafted laptop will make it in with a display size of just 11.6 inches and AM DE-300 CPU/AMD E2-1800 Brazos 2.0 CPU/Intel Core i3-2367M Sandy Bridge chip processor options, 8GB RAM, 500GB storage, a rugged outer chassis, reinforced hinges with stainless steel brackets, an LED on the outer cover to notify Internet activity, a rubber padding around the hard drive, a dust-averting fan, and stronger AC adapter cable, Dolby Advance Audio, a pair of USB 3.0 ports, a single USB 2.0 port, VGA, HDMI and Ethernet. Whew! All of this starts with the $499 base model.
