Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Will Pack in Tegra-Driven In-Car Display Systems
Luxury cars these days aren’t just about chic upholstery and limo-like designs. Tech big wigs have found new ways to penetrate into this industry and bestow upon the privileged the advantage of cutting-edge technology. The new Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 has been called a bull taming 400 horses and is known to replicate some of the Audi’s hallmark features which explains the “Audighini” or “LambAudi” comments that car has been hit with. Its MMI Infotainment system has been upgraded Tegra-powered multi-function display unit. The display system offers top-notch interaction. Everything from dials, visuals, 3D maps for navigation, MMI jog dial controlled menu suite and others are rendered on the LCDs here. It is expected to go for a whopping price of $350,000. The Aventador is supposedly bears a sold out status for this year. Lamborghini plans to make another 500-600 unit deliveries of which will not begin until the second half of 2011. So its going to be sometime before you can actually vroom on the streets with this Lambo baby.
