Kodak V1273 and V1073 IS feature touch screen

The Kodak V1273 and V1073 IS stand out from the rest of the cameras featured in this year’s CES because they feature a touch screen. Both the digicams can record video at 720p30 HD resolution. They also feature optically stabilized lenses and the ability to output their stills in both 720p and 1080i HD formats. The V1273 features 12MP with a 3X optical zoom. It hosts a 3 inch ( 7.6 cm), touch screen l. The V1073 IS pencils in a 10MP with a 3X optical zoom. Both can record MPEG-4 compressed 720p30 High Definition video (1280 x 720 @ 30fps) plus feature optical image stabilization to capture clear images and crisp videos. Both display still images at 720p or 1080i via the separately available Easyshare HDTV dock. They also feature full-resolution ISO 3200 mode. Specs on both include 32MB of internal memory and a 37-111mm (35mm equivalent) lens.


There is no word on when the Kodak V1273 and V1073 IS touchscreen compacts will release.
