JBL brings forth OnBeat speaker dock for iDevices

JBL have ventured into the seamless arena of docking stations for iDevices. Their premier venture is the OnBeat speaker dock for the iPad, the iPhone and the iPod. It does well, especially with the cradling duties of the iPad. Besides playing-back music from your beloved Apple device, it also sucks in some good, juicy feeds from YouTube and Netflix. This content can then be streamed to a television set via the composite video. It also adds a 3.5mm jack so that you can use more accessories and additions to the already interesting speaker dock.

You can charge batteries and synchronize content from any docked device using the OnBeat. So much for a spec-studded first-attempt. $150 for this one.
