iPhone 4 will have 512 MB RAM which is double of iPad and the 3GS

Apple are all charged up to announce the mighty addition in the iPhone4 that will totally gat the iPad yellow with jealousy. Yes, it’s 512 MB of RAM for the new phone and what’s more is that it totally quadruples the 128MB of the iPhone 3G and doubles the 256MB of the iPhone 3GS and the iPad. All of this with the cool new display and the awesome camera will make it a treat for the ones who are waiting for the iPhone4 to pull their sleeves up.

The added RAM can add to the multitasking capabilities of the iPhone. iMovie will run only in the iPhone 4 it seems. That’s enough for us to figure out what’s caused the whole memory
