Imagine a bathtub that glowed like radium

Yes, you can safely imagine something like this but hey, there’s no radium here. This cool new technology comprises of tiles that are made to absorb light (sunlight or electric) and glow when the lights are turned off. Now that’s surely going to make a good love-making scene for any movie. The whole idea of this revolves around the science of Photoluminescence. The tiny tiles measure just 1.7 x 1.7 cm.

The design concept comes from Italian company, Lucedentro. I would love to have a house that’s blessed with trippy illuminants such as these, sometime in the next two decades?
