Do you know why we love wireless technology so much? Here’s one reason, the world’s first WiFi-enabled kettle called the iKettle! This appliance does everything your conventional kettle is capable of doing, plus a little more. The iKettle can be activated from anywhere in your house via WiFi using your smartphone. The iKettle hooks up to a smartphone application that not only allows you complete control over this appliance, but also wakes you up every morning! Once the water’s boiled, this smart kettle also notifies you via your smartphone.

The best part of it all is the fact that the iKettle allows control over the temperature at which the water should be boiled it. Tea connoisseurs can now have water boiled to a crisp 80°! The iKettle uses a standard 3-pin UK plug hand hooks up to tablets and smartphones via Wireless 802.11b/gx. The appliance is made from stainless steel and packs a soft-touch handle. The iKettle is approximately 1.8 Litres, measures 21cm(W) x 24cm(H) x 20.5cm(D) and weighs in at just 1.6kg!
