Hyundai confirms watchphone
Hyundai best known for its cars has surprised us all by announcing its very own watchphone. This is a headfirst launch into the mobile market. The MB-910 is more of a natural progression for Hyundai though, because the timepiece is actually a tri-band GSM/GPRS mobile phone with around three hours of talk time, 70 hours of standby time and polyphonic ringtones. Sadly it cannot be used for video calls but it still has a 132 x 176 touchscreen which is able to display SMS and MMS messages and videos. It comes in dimensions of 58 x 44 x 16mm and weighs less than 60 grams. Since the phone is Bluetooth enabled, you can chat using the headphones or talk directly into the watch just like Dick Tracy. The phone is expected to go on sale in the UK in the second quarter for 200 British Pounds ($275).
