HP’s budget notebook is for those who want to get the job done
HP isn’t known to bring about things that fit the budget criterion. But this cool new notebook may well set a new tone for things to come. Built specially for those who aren’t into all the high-flying graphics and processing speeds that some demand of pip-squeak notebooks, the Mini 1103 serves the purpose. It doesn’t mean that the Mini 1103 isn’t a spec-bragger. It has a 10.1 inch display screen with 1024×600 pixels LED backlit screen, a 1.66GHz Atom CPU, a 1.83GHz N475 CPU that’s optional, 2GB DDR3 RAM, 160GB HDD, Windows 7 Started Edition, Wi-fi, Bluetooth and even a choice of 3G.
The HP Mini 1103 starts off at $300.
There’s no doubt that this one’s plain to look at. But with the features and the looks there’s a lot worth compromise.
