HP Envy 14 Spectre Ultrabook made official for $1,400
by ruchiHP has announced one of its hallmark creations this week, the Envy 14 Spectra ultrabook, through which the company aims to carve a niche for itself with on-board specs like NFC and wireless audio. This one joins the ganf of thin and light laptops backed heavily by Intel Core i5 processor based on the Sandy Bridge microarchitecture. The laptop has Gorilla Glass all over the display, lid, palm rest and touchpad thus making it scratch-resistant just about everywhere.
The ultrabook will support up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of solid-state drive storage. The list of ports here includes USB 3.0, HDMI, Ethernet and DisplayPort. It will hit shelves worldwide on February 8 with a price tag of US$1,400.
