Guard your privacy by stashing your phones in biscuit tins
Both people and corporate are itchy about their privacy and we see them go lengths so as to zero down any chance of compromise. Executives of a German based chemical company came up with a bizarre way to keep their confidential information well guarded. During their meeting, those guys keep their phones locked in a biscuit tin which is known to block out electromagnetic radiation. This doesn’t keep intruders the opportunity to hack into their phone either for calls or other services like email for instance.
The company being spoken of here is the Essen-based speciality chemicals maker Evonik. With increased instances and available means of sophisticated methods of industrial espionage, this step was the need of the hour as leaking of sensitive information could drastically affect any business organization.
