by Dhiram Shah

The world’s first kabab robot made its appearance at Germany’s first ever kabab trade fair. The brainchild of Cyprus based businessman Ahmet Kalyoncu the Döner Robotu can cut meat tirelessly 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Germans love kebab and around 2.5 billion Euros worth are sold each year. The inventor plans to sell the robot to 15,500 kebab businesses all over Germany. Operated by a remote control it has a camera on top which guides the blade accurately down the spit of döner meat.
