D-Link’s DUB-9240 Wireless USB Hub and Adapter Announced

D-Link has announced its DUB-9240 Wireless USB hub. The kit comes with an adaptor to work with the non-wireless USB equipped PCs (everything but the Lenovo T61 and Dell Inspiron 1720). The adapter is called the DUB-1210 and works with four-port hub (DUB-2240), which hooks onto your devices via a cable at 3.4GHz to 4.5GHz range to reduce interference. The Hub has a 30-feet range and connects at a speed of up to 480mbits per second. The adaptor can work with three hubs at a go.

D-Link’s DUB-9240 Wireless USB Hub and Adapter will be available in the fourth quarter of this year for $220 for the hub and $120 for the adapter.
