Dell makes the unlocked Streak available in US

Dell has made available their GSM friendly version of the Streak that will accommodate T-Mobile and other SIM cards, throughout US. It will ship with an OS update (Android 2.2), multi-touch zooming, Flash, USB support, 3G hotspot creation and a whole spectrum of new colors such as the Best Buy White and Cherry Red. Another piping hot add to the Streak is the 32GB memory storage.

Of course there’s a price to pay and at a whopping $579 premium may just be the bone in the steak. None the less, you have a options but with the unlocked ones, freedom is the answer.
