Come May, we may see the 1080p Nexus 7 successor

by Gareth Mankoo

A report has got us all listening and attentive as word of the next Nexus 7 is making rounds. The device that is touted to be a successor will come from Asus and will offer 1080p resolutions (1920×1080 pixels) on its generous 7-inch display screen, thus reaching 315 PPi. It is also expected to contain thinner side bezels, advanced graphics (hopefully Nvidia Tegra 4) and most likely, Android Key Lime Pie (slurp!).

The report goes on to say that we should be expecting the tablet in May. And then, just when you want to start believing things, word of a 2nd-generation Nexus 10 floats out.
