Brother launches the revolutionary Pro PR-1000 sewing machine

by Shalu Pillai

My mum got her first sewing machine in 1978, a loving gift from her new husband. Unfortunately, she found the whole process boring and far too time consuming. This should change her mind! The new Brother Entrepreneur Pro PR-1000 is the world’s first 10-needle embroidery machine with built-in camera-like technology, InnovaChrome LED colour thread system, five full spectrum LED lights, low-cost digital garment printer, and the first sewing machine with a built-in scanner. Phew!

With the launch of high-tech sewing machines like the Quattro 6000D and now the Brother Entrepreneur Pro PR-1000, the company is on a mission to revolutionise the bespoke tailoring industry. The new state-of-the-art machine was launched in Europe earlier this year and is available at £7999.00 ($12,500).
