BBC’s iPlayer App heads to UK

It’s no surprise that BBC‘s much-acclaimed iPad App called the iPlayer is headed to the UK as a subscription-based service. It is after all good to grace your home, first. So what is it that we’re really going to be missing out on? The App will give users both news and TV show broadcasts. So there goes another video-on-demand service to the unjustly well treated Europeans. Sigh and forgive fate. We do have more than an excuse of grapes being sour here.

The news broadcasters are thrilled with the interactive properties of the iPad. The App will be here as Global iPlayer App next year.
